With a custom design and fresh content, we launched the websites as well as our digital marketing campaigns, and Magnolia Estates immediately saw a dramatic increase in website traffic and new customers coming from the web. We also helped onboard the Magnolia Estates sales team onto a CRM, allowing them to keep track of their leads, follow up appropriately, and close more sales.
After we launched their new websites, Magnolia Estates saw a 300.42% increase in website visitors and a 2,332% increase in website visitors from Facebook across its three websites. As a result of the new websites, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM, the Magnolia Estates sales team were able to convert 80% of their online leads into deposits on homes.
Even in the midst of the pandemic, when many businesses slowed down, the Magnolia Estates team was able to work remotely with their websites and CRM, and they doubled their typical sales numbers.
